In our lives, we pursue happiness, success, and peace of mind the best ways we know how. But realizing our dreams for love, or a satisfying career, or a particular lifestyle can be tricky. Sometimes our motivation wanes or we cannot see a way forward. What do we do then?

Savvy people call on a coach to help them go the distance to achieving their full potential. Drawing on her 10 plus years of experience as a professional certified coach, Pam Noda will introduce you to the transformative nature of coaching. At this interactive event, you’ll experiment with a fun tool for assessing the “balance” in your life and explore ways to stay enthused about reaching your goals.

If you’ve ever wondered what coaching is or what a coach does, this event will make that clear. Join us to be uplifted and reinvigorated. The life of your dreams is only a coaching conversation away!

About Presenter: Ms. Pam Noda,
Pam Noda became so intrigued with coaching after hiring her first life coach in 2000 that she changed careers to become a coach herself. She has worked with individuals, teams, and business partnerships as a professional coach since 2005. The founder and owner of Hearts at Home Abroad, Pam specializes in relationship coaching for expatriates and international couples. Pam is vice president of the International Coach Federation Japan Chapter, through which she holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach; a licensed Speaking Circles facilitator; a certified provider of Parent Effectiveness Training; and a licensed practitioner of the Lumina Learning personality assessment.
